1. General Terms

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Dr. Perkz Programme and all related services.

Dr. Perkz reserves the right to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on the Programme, and continued use constitutes acceptance of those changes.

You are responsible for reviewing these Terms periodically to stay informed of any modifications.

2. User Eligibility & Account

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use the Programme.
• You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update it as necessary.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for any activity under your account.
• Dr. Perkz is not liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account.
• Each user account must be linked to a unique mobile number. A previously used mobile number can only be reassigned with valid proof, after which the old account will be deactivated.

3. Rewards Programme Terms

• Users earn points by availing eligible healthcare services from participating providers listed on the Programme.
• Points have no monetary value, are non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• The Programme does not require any form of payments. Any transaction involving payments claimed through the Programme is fraudulent and should be reported.
• Redemptions are only valid within the app for available discounts or service-based offers.
• Earning: 10 points are credited per AED 1 spent, based on the offer’s value.
• Redemption: A minimum of 10,000 points is required to redeem any offer.
• Dr. Perkz reserves the right to adjust points, cancel redemptions, or revoke accounts for misuse or abuse.

4. Healthcare Partner Participation

Only verified healthcare providers in the UAE can list their services.

Providers are responsible for their profile content, listed services, and compliance with government or third-party permits.

Dr. Perkz is an intermediary and is not liable for service quality or outcomes. Any disputes should be addressed directly with the provider.

5. App Features & Usage

The Programme may include features like push notifications, banner ads, promotional messages, and WhatsApp communications.

Users agree to receive essential and promotional communications but can opt out of non-essential ones via app settings or support.

We may modify or discontinue any Programme feature without liability.

6. Data & Privacy

• We collect personal and usage data to enhance features and provide personalized experiences.
• Consent is given for data use in marketing, targeted offers, and behavioral analysis.
• Data is securely stored and never sold. Refer to our Privacy Policy for full details.
• Users may opt out of marketing by updating preferences or contacting support.

7. Prohibited Activities

• Creating fake or duplicate accounts.
• Manipulating point or voucher systems.
• Submitting false info or impersonation.
• Abusing or harassing others.
• Disrupting Programme security or operations.

Violations may result in suspension, account termination, or legal action.

8. Limitation of Liability

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.

We are not liable for service delays, cancellations, or disputes between users and providers.

Our liability is limited to the amount (if any) paid to use the Programme.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of the UAE.
